Site Map, Sort Of ...

Here's something like a site map, but more of a site guide.

  • About Us in the top menu tells you all about MoonFlower Florist, like who we are, where we are, how to contact us, why we're different, and so on.

  • The Gallery in the top menu contains photos of some of our custom bouquets, as well as a few pictures of our shop. Have a look!

  • In About Flowers, you'll find easy instructions on how to care for your flowers and make them last longer.

  • The Safe Shopping page has all the information you need about ordering flowers, secure payment, using the My Info service, our privacy policy, and our substitution policy.

  • Check out our gratis goodies in Free Stuff!

  • The My Info page is where you can either sign on or sign in to this free service. There's also an explanation of why you should!

  • Shopping Cart is what you put your selection in as you shop. You can add or remove things at any time. Then you can go on to the Checkout to complete your order. Yes, it's something like shopping for groceries, except there's no line-up.

  • Categories of flower arrangements by occasion are listed in the shaded area down the left side of the page. These can change by season or holidays as they come up on the calender.

  • MoonFlower *Exclusives* are our own unique designs and are available in our local delivery area only. All products whose Item # starts with the letter "M" are MoonFlower *Exclusives*.

  • Advanced Search at the bottom of the category list will help you hunt down something specific, like "red roses" or "chrysanthemum".

  • My Shortlist is a wonderful feature of our website. As you go through our flower arrangements, you can add your favourites and they will appear under the My Shortlist button. You can view, add, or remove items at any time, and order flowers directly.

  • There are also Quick Links at the bottom of most pages. These are shortcuts to things like our privacy policy, location, hours, and so on. There are also links to additional pages like Comments, FAQs and Articles (because we couldn't fit everything into the menu at the top!)

    Direct Flower Delivery Area: MoonFlower is a quality florist in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and we send our best flowers and beautiful bouquets directly from our retail flower shop to people you care about throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We deliver directly to all 416 area code Metro Toronto communities, including East York, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, and York. West of Toronto, we go out to Brampton, Mississauga, and Oakville. To the North, we have direct flower delivery to King, Markham, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and Whitchurch-Stouffville. And to the East, we deliver flowers directly to Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, and Oshawa. The delivery charge is the same for all areas. For a map, please see Local Delivery Area.

    Across Canada and the US: We are full-service florists committed to serving all your floral needs, and we can have flowers delivered anywhere across Canada or the US. In this case, we will directly phone as many florists at the destination as it takes to find one that we are confident will do a great job. There is a fee for this service, but our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee still applies. When it has to be right, it just has to be right!

    International Flower Orders: We can arrange to have flowers sent to almost any country in the world. But flower availablility, delivery conditions, and other circumstances may vary greatly depending on the destination. For flower orders outside Canada and the US, please call us for specific information.

    Custom Flower Orders: Yes, we do custom requests and special orders! MoonFlower is known for original and creative floral design. If you have something special in mind, or need some help to make the right choice, just call us!

    Note thast you can order securely online, by phone, or at the shop, for delivery or for pick-up. Item #s starting with the letter "M" are MoonFlower exclusive designs and are available only in our local delivery area. Other items can be ordered for delivery anywhere through Teleflora, which is like FTD except better in our opinion. Teleflora images are used with permission.
